What You Will Do
- Manage recruitment processes from posting roles to coordinating interviews
- Oversee onboarding for new hires to ensure a smooth start
- Facilitate training programs for employee growth and development
- Support employee relations and address workplace questions or concerns
- Help develop and refine HR policies and procedures in line with company goals
