Flexibility and innovation are hallmarks of our approach.Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary on-site contact for end-users facing IT challenges, especially concerning hardware issues (clients, smartphones), while aiding in troubleshooting and resolution.Implement and support local IT-related business requirements in close cooperation with central IT structures (CDI) to ensure standardized practices.Maintain documentation of the local IT infrastructure and assist in the operation and implementation of changes (networks, firewalls, servers, media technology).Coordinate and communicate changes with operationally critical areas on-site, particularly as a test coordinator for business-critical modifications.Provide support and technical assistance for production-related IT applications and services (e.g., telephony, MES systems like CES, MIS, LMS, LIMS, and laboratory systems).Coordinate and participate in group-wide IT strategy projects (e.g., "Fix the Basics", lifecycle measures for local IT infrastructure).Establish and manage user accounts and access rights, and document support cases in the ticketing system.Oversee hardware replacements and upgrades, and contribute to IT rollouts, migrations, and local IT projects.
