What You Will Do Partner with hiring managers to understand open roles, candidate profiles, and business needs Source and engage passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles in engineering, supply chain, operations, finance, HR, and sales Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake meetings through offer acceptance Write job descriptions and postings that reflect Unusual Machines’ culture and brand Guide hiring managers on interview best practices for a consistent, positive experience Develop interview processes, questions, and scorecards as needed Collaborate with Marketing to strengthen the employer brand through social media and the careers page Create content that showcases the company’s people, culture, growth, and mission Build relationships with universities, networking groups, and local organizations to develop future talent pipelines Track and report on recruitment metrics such as time to fill, quality of hire, candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction Support offer recommendations, workforce planning, and onboarding coordination Travel to local facilities as needed to meet leaders and candidates Core Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruitment for exempt and corporate positions across Supply Chain, Product, Engineering, Operations, HR, Finance, and Sales Work closely with hiring managers to understand their teams, hiring needs, and long-term goals Deliver an excellent candidate experience with clear communication, transparency, and timely follow-up Ensure hiring managers have a positive experience with support throughout the process
