About the Team
The Quality & Operation Department at Huawei Canada supports key groups such as Procurement, Finance, and IT services. Known for tackling complex challenges and providing reliable support, this team upholds the company’s standards for quality and efficient operations.
What You Will Do
- Coordinate facilities management, including office space planning, seating assignments, and communication with landlords for maintenance (air conditioning, waste management, repairs).
- Assist with office relocations, staff moves, and meeting room management. Support office leasing and renovation projects alongside the operations team.
- Oversee incoming shipments and coordinate with other offices when required.
- Handle mailing services, including receiving and sending domestic and international mail and packages.
- Work with Business Units and the Asset Manager to distribute and collect IT assets, maintaining records for inventory and disposal.
- Order and distribute general office supplies to keep daily operations running smoothly.
- Control visitor access for both internal and external guests.
- Support onboarding for new employees: issue ID cards, enter data into security systems, and distribute parking passes and computers.
Compensation
Total target annual compensation, based on 2,080 hours per year, ranges from $48,000 to $94,000. Actual amount depends on education, experience, and demonstrated expertise.
