In this pivotal role, you will lead on-site construction efforts for expansive residential developments, ensuring that each project is executed with precision, safety, and adherence to established timelines and quality benchmarks. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing multi-family housing initiatives, demonstrating the ability to drive team performance, liaise with subcontractors, and effectively address on-site challenges.Key Responsibilities: Oversee all stages of multi-family housing projects from foundation through to the final punch list, ensuring compliance with timelines, project scope, and regulatory codes. Maintain thorough project documentation, including daily logs, RFIs, change orders, and inspection reports, ensuring alignment with local regulations and company policies. Requirements:Skills/Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, focusing on multi-family housing projects, including mid-rise or high-density developments. Demonstrated experience in multi-family housing construction, encompassing structural systems, MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing), and finishing work. Capability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications for multi-family units. Exceptional leadership and communication skills to effectively manage large teams and multiple trades on site. Proficiency with construction management software and tools.
