Role overview The Senior Infotainment Platform Integration Engineer position is based in Palo Alto, California. The role focuses on testing and validating infotainment firmware and Board Support Package (BSP) features using both automated and manual methods. The goal is to improve software quality and introduce testing earlier in the development cycle. What you will do Lead integration and verification of modules across Android, Linux, QNX, and other subsystems. Develop a strong understanding of BSP components and their roles within the platform. Support failure analysis and root cause investigations for testing and development teams. Build expertise in multiple hardware platforms used in infotainment systems. Create test strategies for subsystem modules in both bench and vehicle environments. Advance the team's shift from manual testing toward greater automation. Develop and maintain automation scripts for platform feature testing. Facilitate clear communication between software development and vehicle integration teams. Work closely with colleagues to ensure continuous feedback and ongoing improvements. Manage traceability of test coverage from requirements through validation.
