If you're passionate about creating transformative products and are an audio enthusiast, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Translate product vision into actionable designs, ensuring detailed part and assembly design, thorough analysis, and functional validation using DFx principles and engineering best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Industrial Design, Electrical Engineering, Research & Development, operations, and management, to meet or exceed New Product Introduction (NPI) goals for our next-gen products.Work closely with our manufacturing partners in Asia, leading tooling and fixture development, as well as validation through EVT, DVT, and PVT stages, while overseeing manufacturing and quality assurance processes.Design products that effectively manage complex interactions involving thermal, vibrational, and acoustic characteristics.Engage in hands-on engineering and problem-solving across multiple projects with aggressive timelines.Utilize strong communication skills (written, verbal, and visual) to facilitate collaboration and achieve project objectives.Develop and maintain process documentation, updating the parts library and PLM system as necessary.
