This position involves designing, implementing, and maintaining high-volume services for secure, low-latency messaging, robust APIs, and comprehensive observability. What you will do Design, implement, and manage core cloud services and platform features to support real-time messaging and APIs across global environments. Oversee high-throughput messaging infrastructure (such as NATS or similar), including upgrades, performance tuning, capacity planning, and observability through dashboards and alerts. Develop and maintain gRPC/Protobuf APIs and client integrations to enable reliable service-to-service and client-to-cloud communication, with strong telemetry support.
