The Corporate function comprises five key teams: HR, Talent Acquisition, Legal, M&A, and Finance, all collaborating to drive Voodoo’s success.In your role as a Junior HR Operations Specialist, you will be instrumental in supporting the HR team with daily operations and fostering an outstanding employee experience.ResponsibilitiesEnsure seamless execution of the HR operational lifecycle across all countries where Voodoo operates, from onboarding to offboarding. This includes preparing relevant documentation, ensuring immigration compliance, and implementing efficient processes.Uphold compliance with internal policies and legal regulations by engaging effectively with administrative stakeholders.Manage the accuracy and timeliness of employee data in our HR Information System (BambooHR), ensuring prompt updates for any changes in employee status.Assist with payroll data processing, including monitoring bonuses, salary adjustments, and sick leave records.Oversee the administration of employee benefits to guarantee compliance and precision.Contribute to the enhancement of our HR Operations by understanding employee needs and ensuring high performance. Provide frontline support for HR inquiries through our ticketing system, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions and escalating issues as needed.Profile1-2 years of relevant experience in an HR role (apprenticeship or junior-level experience in HR operations or administration is advantageous).Strong proficiency in HR processes and systems, preferably with experience in BambooHR.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms, with proficiency in English and French being a plus.Proactive mindset with a passion for enhancing employee experience and operational excellence.
