The RoleJoin amo as a Lead Data Analyst, where you will take charge of analytics across our growth and product domains. Collaborate closely with teams in growth marketing, product development, engineering, and leadership to define success metrics, harmonize data across various platforms, and transform complex data inputs into clear, reliable insights.This position is both tactical and strategic: you will engage in hands-on analysis while establishing the standards for data definitions.Your ResponsibilitiesLead comprehensive analytics for growth strategies encompassing acquisition, activation, retention, and experimentation.Work intimately with growth marketing teams at scale to evaluate channel performance, attribution, funnels, and cohort behavior.Validate and reconcile data from multiple sources (e.g., marketing platforms, analytics tools, internal databases) to create a dependable source of truth.Design, construct, and sustain dashboards and reporting tools that inform both daily operations and long-term strategies.Establish and standardize essential metrics, naming conventions, and data definitions for cross-team consistency.Conduct advanced analyses including funnel analysis, cohort analysis, experimental assessments, and trend investigation.Translate complex inquiries into structured analyses and articulate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Mentor and coach fellow analysts as the team expands, enhancing analytical rigor, clarity, and impact.Qualifications5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.Proven experience collaborating with growth marketing teams at scale (paid, organic, lifecycle, or multi-channel growth).Strong proficiency in SQL and comfort working with large, imperfect datasets.Demonstrated ability to reconcile data across various tools and platforms, identifying inconsistencies, gaps, and quality issues.Familiarity with BI and analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Mode, Amplitude, GA, or similar).Proven ability to independently define project scopes, prioritize tasks, and drive analyses from inquiry to insight.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in conveying complex data insights.
