Role Overview: Operations Manager - Fraud & Claims This position leads the Fraud & Claims department at Joko. The Operations Manager plays a key role in protecting both users and company operations by spotting risks, strengthening controls, and refining processes for better efficiency and scalability. Main Responsibilities Analyze fraud signals, claims data, and operational metrics to spot risks and areas for improvement. Lead projects to strengthen controls, automate workflows, and reduce manual work. Set and track KPIs to measure quality, efficiency, and risk exposure. Manage BPO partners handling claims and fraud: define benchmarks, review performance, and drive ongoing improvements. Work closely with Data and Tech teams to advance detection and automation tools. Share insights with Product and other internal teams to improve user journeys and reduce fraud risk. What We’re Looking For Experience: At least 2 years in operations management, ideally in fraud prevention or claims processing. Skills: Strong analytical abilities, experience with data analysis tools, clear communication, and attention to detail. Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
