This role, located in Paris, reports directly to the Head of Sales for Theodo Maroc.Key ResponsibilitiesSales CollaborationEngage with startups within the Theodo Group to drive sales initiatives.Participate in regular sales team rituals.Work closely with other sales professionals in both France and Morocco to achieve joint sales goals.Forge strong relationships with Theodo teams to uncover collaboration opportunities.Strategic Prospecting and Sales PitchesIdentify and engage new prospective clients.Organize presentations and pitches to position Theodo Maroc as a strategic partner.Tender ResponsesAssess client needs effectively.Actively participate in crafting responses to tenders.Develop tailored solutions to meet client requirements.Lead Strategic Initiatives at Theodo MarocTake responsibility for a key area (Staffing or Certified), ensuring its successful execution and continuous improvement.Tools for SuccessRegular coaching sessions with the Head of Sales at Theodo Maroc.Support from the entire M33 ecosystem (Theodo Group): 800 tech and product experts, 10 entities, and over 200 completed projects.Strong collaboration with Moroccan teams and a solid local presence in Casablanca.A culture of sharing: weekly synchronizations, common rituals, and commercial assistance.Ideal Candidate ProfileEducation: Degree from a prestigious business or engineering school.Experience: Proven track record with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
