Vizzia is expanding quickly, and the FP&A Senior Analyst will play a central part in supporting both operational teams and company leadership. This position partners directly with the CFO, delivering financial planning, analysis, and insights that influence key decisions during a period of rapid growth. The role requires strong ownership, close collaboration, and the ability to create new processes in a changing environment.
Main responsibilities
- Monitor budget usage and prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, including variance analysis and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with operational managers to support financial modeling, challenge spending using data, and lead regular budget review meetings.
- Set and track financial KPIs aligned with Vizzia’s strategic objectives.
- Assess the profitability of new projects and investments through structured financial analysis.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and tools to strengthen the Finance team’s ability to guide business decisions.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in FP&A or financial control, ideally with a background in audit or transaction services (Big 4 experience is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to present findings clearly to the CFO and operational stakeholders.
- Comfortable taking ownership; this is Vizzia’s first FP&A hire, so initiative is essential.
- Proactive in gathering information, asking relevant questions, and understanding business context.
- Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with FP&A tools such as Anaplan or Pigment is a plus.
- Fluency in both English and French.
Preferred experience
- Interest in applying AI within Finance, as Vizzia plans to integrate AI into daily practices.
- Background in high-growth environments, such as scale-ups or technology companies.
- Experience with businesses that combine software and hardware revenue streams.
- Knowledge of multi-entity consolidation (especially UK and Italy) or ERP migration (Odoo experience is a strong plus).
- Understanding of pricing strategy and commercial thinking beyond basic cost modeling.
Compensation
Annual fixed salary: €60,000 - €65,000, plus a €3,000 bonus.
