Job Description:
Role: French Field Support Specialist
Location: Paris, France
Job Type: Contract (3-6 months)
Client: NIIT
Responsibilities:
• Deploy packaged applications and patches.
• Re-image or deploy OS images on laptops and desktops.
• Resolve and troubleshoot various issues within agreed SLAs for incidents or requests.
• Change backup tapes on the server according to the scheduled plan.
• Utilize Altiris and SCCM for deployment solutions.
• Experience with Windows Server 2012 is essential.
• Configure mailboxes on Exchange Server 2010.
• Set up iPhones and iPads for users to manage company emails using Mobile Iron.
• Conduct patching of network ports.
• Exhibit excellent customer service skills.
• Collaborate effectively as part of a team.
• Some travel to other locations, particularly Lille, is expected.
• Manage multiple site locations.
• Comfortable interacting with senior client management.
• Strong understanding of SLAs, especially in high-priority incident environments.
• ITIL V3 Foundation certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proven experience in challenging environments.
