This role is ideal for a modern growth hacker who possesses keen marketing instincts (distribution, messaging, demand capture) and excels at rapidly building and deploying growth experiments using AI-driven tools.In this role, you will conceptualize, develop, and implement acquisition strategies that draw in new users to Photoroom. This could involve creating tools, generators, programmatic pages, lightweight integrations, and other initiatives aimed at driving growth. These experiments are designed to exist outside the core product to capture demand, open new growth avenues, and facilitate large-scale user acquisition.You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, swiftly transitioning from ideation to execution to distribution and learning.This position focuses on marketing and building initiatives rather than product management.Compensation: €70,000 - €90,000 + Stock Options/BSPCELocation: Flexible work from Germany, UK, Italy, France, Ireland, Portugal, or Spain, with fully reimbursed monthly visits to our Paris office.Your Responsibilities:Drive SMB Revenue Growth - Achieve measurable revenue growth by attracting, converting, and retaining new users through paid, organic, and experimental channels, with direct responsibility for monthly acquisition and conversion metrics.
