Role overview The HR Project Manager, based in Paris, works closely with the VP of People in an international, fast-growing environment. This position leads key HR projects, maintains consistency in HR policies, and acts as the HR team's representative on important cross-functional topics. The role bridges the strategic vision of the HR Director with hands-on project delivery, covering areas such as internal transformation, compliance, M&A, and HR development. Main responsibilities Prepare presentation materials for executive meetings (CODIR, CSE, team) on HR topics Represent the VP of People in internal forums when needed Monitor social and regulatory changes and flag those that may affect Skello Handle sensitive and confidential issues with care and judgment Design and implement priority HR projects set by the VP of People, including career paths, compensation policies, and mobility
