Recevoir et qualifier les demandes de nos clients, venant de nos équipes internes (Support L1, Ventes, Gestionnaires de compte) ou de partenaires externes (grands comptes, partenaires). Accompagner et orienter nos interlocuteurs (clients, partenaires, DSI) dans le paramétrage de leur solution de téléphonie. Diagnostiquer les dysfonctionnements techniques majeurs. Proposer et mettre en œuvre des solutions techniques pour finaliser le déploiement, ou escalader les problèmes auprès de nos développeurs internes ou partenaires externes. Documenter les solutions techniques mises en place. Assurer un suivi direct avec nos clients jusqu'à la résolution complète de leurs problèmes. Général : Contribuer à la formation technique de nos équipes internes. Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus et outils de l'équipe.
