About Our Product Operations Team
We are forming a new Product Operations team at Joko, and we are looking for a foundational hire.
At Joko, we help millions of users earn cashback automatically, whether they shop online via affiliate links, activate coupons, or use their linked bank cards in-store. Behind these seamless experiences lies a robust operational engine that must function flawlessly: tracking transactions, ensuring cashback is correctly allocated, maintaining reliable offers, and ensuring merchant performance. Any breakdown in this engine can lead to user dissatisfaction and trust erosion.
The Product Operations team will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing this operational engine, ensuring reliability and continuous improvement across affiliate tracking, coupon management, card-linked bank integrations, and merchant performance. This is a technical and data-intensive role that sits at the core of what makes Joko’s product successful.
Your Responsibilities
As the Product Operations Lead, you will collaborate closely with Quentin, our COO, to establish and develop the Product Operations function from the ground up. This is not a maintenance position; it’s an opportunity to define what Product Operations will evolve into at Joko, starting with team building and scaling initiatives.
Your primary goal is to ensure excellence in Joko's product operations. This includes:
Achieving key performance metrics. You will oversee track rates, catch rates, offer reliability, and merchant performance. When issues arise, your team will identify, resolve, and implement systems to prevent future occurrences.
