As a Microsoft Security Pre-Sales Architect within our Enterprise Solution Center, you will leverage your expertise in Microsoft technologies and advance through various project phases.
Depending on the assignments, your responsibilities will include:
Business Development:
- Support sales teams throughout the pre-sales process for new business and innovative solutions: managing inquiries, cost estimation, documentation, and presentations / MS funding.
Offer Development:
- Conduct market research, align with group strategy, and create and enhance service offerings.
- Master and execute POCs utilizing Microsoft fees.
Delivery:
- Scope and manage strategic projects.
- Implement POCs utilizing Microsoft fees.
- Monitor sensitive projects.
Partner Relations:
- Foster relationships with strategic partners, including Microsoft and others based on our diverse expertise.
- Identify and prospect potential partners.
Technological Environment:
- Microsoft Security: Defender (Endpoint, Identity, Office 365, Cloud Apps), Sentinel.
- Identity & Access: Entra ID (Azure AD), MFA, Zero Trust.
- Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance: Purview, DLP, eDiscovery.
- Azure Security: Azure Security Center / Defender for Cloud.
- Architectures: Cloud / Hybrid / Zero Trust.
Sales and Pre-Sales:
- Analyze RFPs/Specifications and decide whether to respond based on strengths, weaknesses, and competitive landscape.
- Develop technical proposals, cost estimates, and responses to RFPs.
- Contribute to commercial proposals and responses adhering to consultation procedures.
- Assist the sales team in expanding a network of commercial contacts or partners.
- Understand clients' business and security challenges.
- Design and present tailored Microsoft security architectures (on-prem, cloud, hybrid).
- Champion the Microsoft security vision during pre-sales phases (client meetings, presentations, demos, workshops).
- Maintain a technological watch on Microsoft solutions.
