Key Responsibilities:
- Collaboratively design, implement, and uphold high-quality solutions that deliver significant value to our users.
- Adopt best practices to sustain and elevate engineering standards and operational excellence, facilitating team member success.
- Proactively oversee system health within your team’s domain by measuring SLIs, defining SLOs, and enhancing alert mechanisms.
- Continuously expand your domain knowledge while influencing cross-team collaborations to manage dependencies and alleviate uncertainties.
- Offer constructive feedback during pair programming sessions to foster growth and innovation.

- Deep understanding of the JVM ecosystem (Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot).
