Your Role
As the Talent Acquisition Manager specializing in Business roles, you will be integral to our recruiting efforts, overseeing the entire hiring process and driving the expansion of our revenue teams across Europe. You will be tasked with making approximately 25 strategic hires annually while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
This is a unique opportunity to join our Talent team, working directly with the CEO and the Founding Talent Lead as our first permanent Talent Acquisition Manager. You will collaborate with both business and technology leaders to shape the future trajectory of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruiting life cycle for Sales and Go-To-Market roles, including SDRs, AEs, AMs, Sales Operations, and more.
- Collaborate with Business Leaders to anticipate hiring needs, define role profiles, and create successful teams.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of high-caliber sales talent.
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques and enhance our employer branding to position Zefir as the top choice for ambitious sales professionals.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to continually improve hiring speed, quality, and conversion rates.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience that is personalized, efficient, and world-class.
- Act as a strategic partner in growth, going beyond traditional recruitment responsibilities.
