YOUR ROLE
As an integral member of Shift Technology's Infrastructure team, your responsibilities include:
- Resolving support tickets efficiently
- Completing project tickets as assigned
- Adhering to established processes
- Managing desktop computer compliance with security protocols
- Overseeing the badge access system
- Maintaining computer inventory and optimizing system performance
- Facilitating onboarding and offboarding for new users
- Administering the internal Windows App (Intune) Store
- Fostering positive relationships with co-workers
- Deploying new applications using our deployment tools
- Taking on additional responsibilities as required
