Votre mission chez Doctolib Rejoignez notre équipe Technical Services, spécialisée dans la gestion des défis techniques complexes lors des phases suivantes : Onboarding Technique : déploiement initial de nos solutions pour les utilisateurs (paramétrage, tests, dépannage, mise en service). Support Technique : assistance lorsque les utilisateurs rencontrent des problèmes techniques avec nos produits déjà déployés (diagnostic, recherche des causes, résolution). En tant que membre de l'équipe Technical Deployment, vous serez le point de référence technique sur l'intégration de la téléphonie sur IP pour le produit Assistant Téléphonique (SIP, Trunk SIP, Centrex, IPBX). Votre objectif ? Offrir une expérience d'onboarding et de support technique exceptionnelle, en gérant la relation client de manière exhaustive sur des sujets complexes. Vous servirez de lien entre nos utilisateurs et nos équipes de développement, garantissant ainsi que chaque établissement de santé puisse déployer et utiliser Doctolib dans les meilleures conditions possibles. Au cours de vos six premiers mois, votre succès sera mesuré par votre capacité à maîtriser notre environnement technique et à accompagner efficacement vos premiers clients dans leurs déploiements et demandes de support technique. Vos responsabilités incluent : Onboarding Technique de l’Assistant Téléphonique (déploiement). Recevoir et qualifier les demandes de nos clients, venant de nos équipes internes (Support L1, Ventes, Gestionnaires de compte) ou de partenaires externes (grands comptes, partenaires). Accompagner et orienter nos interlocuteurs (clients, partenaires, DSI) dans le paramétrage de leur solution de téléphonie. Diagnostiquer les dysfonctionnements techniques majeurs. Proposer et mettre en œuvre des solutions techniques pour finaliser le déploiement, ou escalader les problèmes auprès de nos développeurs internes ou partenaires externes. Documenter les solutions techniques mises en place. Assurer un suivi direct avec nos clients jusqu'à la résolution complète de leurs problèmes. Général : Contribuer à la formation technique de nos équipes internes. Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus et outils de l'équipe.
