Hold a valid MISC, BOSIET, AMSA Medical or equivalent, along with completed STCW safety training. Strong communication and engagement skills to effectively influence personnel across all levels. Exhibit competence in health and safety practices consistently. Display a flexible, adaptable, and resilient mindset to meet the demands of the vessel and company.
