As a partner with Octave, your practice will become part of a supportive network of clinicians dedicated to client-centered, evidence-based therapy. Octave handles all backend operations, allowing your clinicians to concentrate solely on patient care. We take care of credentialing, billing, marketing, technology support, and client referrals. This means your team can focus on what they do best—connecting with clients and completing session documentation—free from administrative burdens. Your clinicians will provide support to adult clients facing issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, and related challenges. We prioritize evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), along with a strong commitment to culturally responsive care. Key Responsibilities Provide therapy to adults dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. Utilize short-term, evidence-based methodologies such as CBT or DBT. Deliver culturally responsive care tailored to individual client needs. Conduct client sessions both virtually and/or in-person (a dedicated office space is required for in-person sessions). Qualifications for Group Practices Must have a minimum of three fully licensed clinicians ready to join Octave. A dedicated office space is required for in-person services (located in the markets we are currently hiring for). All clinicians must hold full licensure (no associate or intern-level providers). Must be licensed in Pennsylvania (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, PsyD). Must maintain good standing with the governing licensing board. A minimum of 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience (2+ years preferred). Training in therapies such as CBT, DBT, trauma-focused treatments, or similar methodologies is preferred. Some payer relationships may exclude eligibility for employment. A Master’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related fields.
