Position Overview:
The Implementation Manager is responsible for leading the onboarding process for new Employers and Consultant partners, ensuring a seamless, organized, and user-friendly implementation into the ParetoHealth community. This role encompasses every phase from initiation to completion, managing timelines, coordinating details meticulously, anticipating potential challenges and risks proactively, and providing an outstanding experience that fosters confidence and long-term satisfaction.
Reporting to the Manager, Implementation Delivery, this individual will independently handle multiple concurrent implementations within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The Implementation Manager is integral to enhancing the quality of onboarding by executing tasks effectively, adapting to changes, and identifying areas for improvement. Their efforts cultivate enduring, valued relationships for both Employers and Consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage implementations from start to finish, ensuring all deliverables are met accurately, efficiently, and timely.
