Minimum of 1 year of experience with the I/DD population is preferred. Previous experience in a medical office or home care setting is a plus. Prior supervisory experience is advantageous. Proven track record of successfully taking on additional responsibilities and achieving goals. A strong desire to grow and advance within the organization. Excellent computer skills.
