ROLE HEADLINE: The Field Marketing Associate plays a pivotal role in fostering brand recognition and achieving comprehensive sales growth across various channels within Dig Inn's expanding markets. This position emphasizes community engagement and awareness initiatives, aiming to establish Dig Inn as a household name through events, partnerships, fundraisers, guest interactions, and more.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Field Marketing Associate to orchestrate community events that enhance brand visibility and attract new patrons. You will forge partnerships with local schools, businesses, residential complexes, and community organizations to stimulate guest growth in emerging markets, thus supporting sustainable sales development and brand awareness. As a team-oriented marketer, you will collaborate with diverse departments to fulfill business objectives and evaluate performance metrics. This role is hybrid, requiring on-site presence at our restaurants and travel across the Northeast region weekly.
In this capacity, you will partner with various teams at Dig Inn, such as Marketing and Operations, to represent the brand at local events, introduce our offerings, and secure new customers. You will proactively engage with community groups to cultivate relationships and explore innovative partnerships that drive guest acquisition and brand development. Your success will be gauged by revenue increases, the strength of relationships with field team members, identifying viable new partnerships, and delivering outstanding guest service at every interaction. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will focus on hyper-local strategic initiatives to boost growth and performance in emerging markets.
YOU WILL:
- Develop localized marketing strategies for emerging markets, identifying key events, partners, and businesses in your target area. Build relationships with key stakeholders (schools, hospitals, residential complexes, fitness studios, local businesses, and community groups) to enhance awareness of Dig Inn and attract new guests.
- Take charge of marketing efforts for new restaurant openings by executing local marketing initiatives, coordinating community outreach, and generating awareness to drive guest traffic from day one.
- Maintain a robust on-site presence across all restaurants in your emerging market region to leverage community engagement opportunities.
