Key Responsibilities· Execute advanced systems installation, operation, integration, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal IT system performance.· Design and supervise upgrades and new installations of IT systems and services, ensuring alignment with Cyber Security Specialists.· Conduct Tier II/III upgrades of networking and IT systems, as well as storage networking.· Perform Tier II/III troubleshooting, optimization, and performance management for Internet Protocol (IP), Domain Name System (DNS), Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP), and routing protocols.· Integrate enterprise, regional, and local IT systems to ensure continuity of current network operations or manage their recovery.· Preferred: IT experience including Internet Protocol version 6 (IPv6), Enhanced Interior Gateway Routing Protocol (EIGRP), Border Gateway Protocol (BGP), Virtual Local Area Networks (VLANs), Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), and Network Address Translation (NAT).
