You could be our next success story!Your ResponsibilitiesAs an Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing of high-quality windows and glass products. This hands-on role involves assembling window systems, installing components, applying sealants, and conducting quality inspections of finished units. You will work on flow line and bench production stations within a collaborative team environment, prioritizing safety, precision, and quality.Set up production stations according to job specifications.Utilize air-powered tools and departmental machinery to assemble components.Clean, seal, and apply weather stripping to windows and frames.Employ tape measures, drills, and other tools to install hardware and glass.Fabricate and hang sashes.Perform quality checks on assembled products.Load and prepare items for shipping and production.Maintain a clean and organized workspace.Adhere to company quality standards and standard operating procedures.Lead and support team efforts as needed.Participate in OSHA safety training and comply with all PPE and JSA guidelines.Success in this role requires the ability to perform all essential duties and responsibilities to a satisfactory level.
