This role works Sunday to Wednesday, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM. What You Will Do Investigate internal theft cases in line with company policies and direction from Asset Protection (AP) leadership. Spot theft trends using technology, reporting tools, and surveillance systems. Carry out action plans from AP leadership to reduce loss and strengthen procedures. Identify and escalate theft issues, supporting investigations as needed. Share intelligence and communicate key issues to help prevent theft. Monitor activity with video surveillance and assist with internal casework. Respond to incidents, ensuring all documentation meets AP standards. Promote safety and security by setting a strong example for employees. Contribute to a supportive work experience for team members and management. Maintain ethical conduct, safety, and compliance throughout the site. Take on additional duties as needed in a changing environment. Work with HR, Employee Relations, Labor Relations, and Operations to support employee health and safety. Assist during accident or injury investigations alongside safety and management teams. Support the site’s emergency action plan and coordinate with local first responders when required. Apply continuous improvement methods to raise standards and outcomes. Build relationships and communicate clearly at all levels, serving as a trusted advisor. Address ambiguous situations, focusing on solutions and efficiency. Troubleshoot system errors and recommend resolution options to keep tasks on track.
