Role Overview The Customer Service Representative in Phoenix, AZ, supports customers by providing product and service information, processing orders, and resolving issues. This position reports to the Customer Service Manager and is part of the Customer Service Department. What You Will Do Build and maintain a thorough understanding of OBE’s clients, products, and services. Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions. Process quotes and orders received by phone, fax, and email, meeting established cut-off times. Enter orders from multiple channels to ensure production accuracy.
