You will be tasked with ensuring the reliability of systems, optimizing performance, and maintaining data accuracy while closely collaborating with project and engineering teams.Key ResponsibilitiesEPMS / PME ResponsibilitiesAdminister, configure, and maintain Schneider Electric Power Monitoring Expert (PME) systems, overseeing deployment, upgrades, and patching.Perform Level 2 troubleshooting for PME applications, databases, and communication issues.Manage PME databases, device mappings, and backups to uphold system integrity.Monitor and enhance system performance, data collection, and reporting accuracy.Work in conjunction with project and engineering teams to commission and validate EPMS devices and integrations.Assist customers and internal teams by diagnosing and resolving complex system-level issues.Electrical and Instrumentation ResponsibilitiesEngineer, test, and commission electrical and instrumentation systems including meters, SERs, LV and MV breakers, UPS systems, generators, and associated equipment.Troubleshoot HMI touchscreen workstations located throughout the facility.Interpret single-line diagrams, wiring schematics, and technical drawings.Ensure all operations comply with NFPA 70E and OSHA safety standards.Server and Virtual InfrastructureOversee and maintain Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, and domain controllers.Support and manage VMware environments, focusing on virtual machine provisioning and performance monitoring.Administer the existing disaster recovery (DR) solution using Veeam, ensuring adequate backups and data integrity.Conduct routine maintenance and monitoring to sustain uptime and performance.Networking ResponsibilitiesMaintain and support Cisco switches and the related EPMS network infrastructure.Troubleshoot communication issues between devices, servers, and meters.Assist with VLAN configurations, port assignments, and switch monitoring.Project and DocumentationKeep detailed documentation, including network diagrams, BOMs, and configuration records.Collaborate with project managers, vendors, and contractors to ensure reliable deployments.
