Identify project risks that could impact technician performance and communicate concerns to management. Work directly on-site to complete start-up and commissioning, address punch list items, and collaborate with Project Managers to close out projects and ensure documentation is finalized. Coordinate with commercial and administrative teams for requests outside the start-up or commissioning scope. Ensure technicians have the necessary tools, materials, and documentation for each job site. Report product or quality issues to management and work with production and engineering teams to address deficiencies. Work with the Division Manager, Field Service Manager, Field Service Support, and Site Operations Representative to schedule additional field resources or teams as needed. Perform other related duties as assigned.
