Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee a team of engineers involved in the fabrication and testing of electrical test structures (e.g., MOS capacitors, MIM capacitors, FETs) for semiconductor logic and memory applications.
- Interpret and analyze electrical test data (e.g., CV, IV, Dit) to inform process development and integration of ASM's advanced products such as ALD films.
- Propose and implement enhancements to fabrication processes, electrical test capabilities, and automation of data collection.
- Collaborate with various product groups to develop new test structures and methodologies for electrical testing.
- Plan and prioritize projects related to fabrication and electrical tests through collaboration with stakeholders.
- Mentor engineers in developing their skills in fabrication, testing, device technology, and analytical techniques.
Qualifications
- Master's or Ph. D. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Materials Science.
- Hands-on experience in the fabrication, testing, and analysis of semiconductor devices.
- Demonstrated experience in a people management or technical team lead role is essential.
- Proficient in Python programming.
Skills
- Deep understanding of device physics, semiconductor technology, and process integration.
- Practical experience in layout design, process flow setup, and cleanroom device fabrication.
