Preferred Qualifications• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with IBM Integration Bus (IIB), WebSphere Message Broker (WMB), and Data Power.• A solid 4 years of experience in the software development lifecycle.• Proven track record of at least 2 years in project lifecycle activities, particularly in development and maintenance projects.• A minimum of 2 years in design and architecture review processes.• Strong collaborative skills, working effectively in team settings with diverse stakeholders.• Familiarity with Scrum methodologies and agile environments.• Effective communication with application teams, GI Team, and other relevant technology stakeholders.• Experience in the automation domain.• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.• A desire to thrive in a global delivery environment.• Strong client-facing abilities and teamwork skills.This role requires extended periods of sitting and working at a computer.
