Role Overview:
This is an in-person hospitality role, located on-site. Candidates should reside within a convenient commuting distance to Phoenix, AZ. Our compensation package includes attractive commuter benefits!
As a Member Experience Associate at Industrious, you will be pivotal in shaping the member experience, striving to create exceptional days for everyone who walks through our doors. Your daily responsibilities may include:
Being the first point of contact as you prepare the office for the day: brewing coffee, arranging breakfast, and ensuring shared amenities are stocked.
Taking initiative in managing inventory and ordering supplies for your location.
Crafting memorable events and dedicating time to create unique signage, as the magic lies in the details.
Integrating new members into various systems to ensure their first day is smooth and memorable.
Providing assistance with IT or wifi issues as they arise, ensuring a seamless experience for our members.
