POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Principal of Process Management & Continuous Improvement is the enterprise leader responsible for fostering process excellence, continuous improvement, and seamless integration of changes across business operations, IT, and corporate functions. This role employs structured project management and change management methodologies to assess current processes, design enhanced solutions, and facilitate the successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
This position treats change as a project or a defined workstream within larger initiatives, ensuring effective implementation of process improvements, stakeholder engagement, and realization of benefits. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a focus on people, translating operational insights into sustainable transformations.
Key responsibilities include identifying, prioritizing, and driving operational enhancements to ensure processes are efficient, scalable, and sustainable. The Principal will lead efforts to standardize workflows, integrate lessons learned from root cause analyses (RCA), and guarantee that improvements are effectively applied and embraced organization-wide.
Working collaboratively with all functional groups and the PMO, this role ensures disciplined execution of process and behavioral changes associated with projects, operational adjustments, and follow-up actions from RCA.
This role encompasses both strategic leadership and hands-on driving of improvements, empowering the organization to continuously evolve while maintaining high standards of operational excellence.
