Conduct continuous assessments of existing processes and evaluate their effectiveness. Analyze service trends and work collaboratively to prioritize initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity and efficiency within Patient Solutions. Leverage historical program and operational data to uncover opportunities, identify trends, and recommend enhancements, process improvements, and potential areas for expanding our service offerings. Prepare periodic analyses regarding shift change requests, including swaps, adjustments, PTO, and VTO for leadership review. Assist in formulating policies and procedures for the department. Undertake additional responsibilities as needed based on departmental, programmatic, and project requirements.
