Leverage historical program and operational data to uncover opportunities, identify trends, and recommend enhancements, process improvements, and potential areas for expanding our service offerings. Compile program reports that reflect actual performance against KPIs and SLAs. Oversee team workload to guarantee timely task completion. Review staffing model recommendations prior to presenting them to leadership, ensuring a comprehensive view of best and worst-case scenarios. Prepare periodic analyses regarding shift change requests, including swaps, adjustments, PTO, and VTO for leadership review. Maintain consistency in processes, optimize workforce utilization, and achieve performance metrics. Collaborate in designing, implementing, and maintaining reward and recognition programs. Assist in formulating policies and procedures for the department. Undertake additional responsibilities as needed based on departmental, programmatic, and project requirements.
