About The Role:
As a Senior Deployment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in executing Agility's deployment strategy while handling on-site robot operations, general repairs, troubleshooting, and support. Your responsibilities will encompass all technical services across both Agility and client locations, ensuring success in Deployment, Break-Fix Support, Help Desk services, and other critical areas to drive business objectives and promote year-on-year growth. You will be instrumental in defining, implementing, and monitoring the processes and procedures essential for seamless service delivery and fleet management.
