Your Impact
Pearce is on the lookout for Experienced HVAC Technicians to become a vital part of our team, focusing on servicing and repairing commercial HVAC systems at telecom shelters positioned at Cell Tower sites. This dynamic role is ideal for responsible, self-motivated individuals eager to learn and advance in the Telecom industry. Please note that this is a regional position; candidates must reside in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area.
Core Responsibilities
- Maintain cooling systems by diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of complete systems.
- Conduct performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
- Perform additional maintenance or upgrades on HVAC equipment during off-seasons.
- Respond promptly to service calls, including emergency call-out services.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of daily work reports.
- Safely operate and maintain a motor vehicle in accordance with the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance stipulations.
Core Experience
- Must possess Level 2 or Universal EPA Certification (Required).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance (commercial experience preferred).
- Basic understanding of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components, including refrigeration systems, is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
