You will work at the convergence of software engineering, systems integration, and client delivery, collaborating closely with customers, sales, product teams, and core engineering. You will take ownership of results from start to finish and excel in dynamic, client-facing environments where reliability, security, and trust are paramount.What You’ll Do:Collaborate with engineering, security, and platform teams to comprehend system architectures, constraints, and operational realities.Design and implement integrations between Gray Swan’s platform and client systems, APIs, data pipelines, and runtime environments.Convert real-world enterprise requirements into well-defined proofs of concept, deployment strategies, and production architectures.Serve as the primary technical owner for customer deployments, swiftly identifying, scoping, and resolving issues across environments.Develop and enhance backend services, integrations, and tools to facilitate secure deployment in a variety of client environments.
