Role overview
The Senior Pre-Sales Systems Engineer, Enterprise, is based in Pittsburgh and supports enterprise customers throughout the sales process. This role works closely with account managers and partners, serving as a technical expert who understands client requirements and adapts Everpure solutions accordingly.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze customer business drivers and decision-making processes.
- Align Everpure and ecosystem technology offerings with real customer outcomes.
- Collaborate with account managers, specialists, and channel partners to ensure a unified customer experience and support revenue growth.
- Demonstrate expertise in storage products, distributed storage architectures, file systems, and competitive solutions in DAS, NAS, and SAN.
- Lead technical evaluations, benchmarks, and system configurations.
- Deliver technical presentations to customers and secure technical wins.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions that support customer growth and scalability.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities for interoperability, functionality, and performance testing or validation.
- Facilitate discussions on product roadmaps and planning.
- Work with product and technical marketing teams to develop materials such as whitepapers and web presentations.
- Stay current on competitive trends and new developments in the storage industry.
