Engage in integrated system tests in our Pittsburgh lab alongside systems engineers, executing test procedures and documenting results. Conduct first-level root cause analysis (RCA) on test failures, clearly communicating issues to the respective engineering teams. Develop structured processes for collecting and cataloging field edge cases into repeatable test cases. Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing methodologies and practices.
