This position operates in a hybrid model, requiring in-office presence from Tuesday to Thursday at our headquarters in Plano, Texas.
Your Responsibilities:
- Proactively lead outreach efforts to engage prospective clients through daily calls and emails.
- Conduct follow-up communications with clients from previous meetings and proposals.
- Analyze clients' challenges and business needs, presenting them with tailored solutions from Tapcheck.
- Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of Tapcheck’s products, services, pricing, and payment options.
- Effectively manage appointment scheduling and calendar tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in account management and integration to enhance messaging and ensure seamless opportunity transitions.
- Uphold our company's reputation by delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Recognize pain points and align strategies with various stages of the sales process.
- Qualify leads generated from marketing campaigns as viable sales opportunities.
