The main responsibility is to ensure materials and components are prepared accurately and delivered on schedule to fabrication and other downstream teams. This position supervises two Processing Leads, processing personnel, and up to two machinists. Reporting to the Fabrication Director, the Foreman focuses on department leadership, process development, production planning, quality control, staffing, and operational efficiency. Daily collaboration with Processing Leads is essential for managing workflows and coordinating material handling.
