Job Overview
The Production Engineer specializing in mechatronic systems is crucial in optimizing production workflows, ensuring top-tier quality, efficiency, and compliance for our mechatronic systems, assemblies, and components. This role emphasizes the practical application of engineering concepts on the factory floor, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to realize innovative designs and maintain smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
Enhance manufacturing processes through development, evaluation, and continuous improvement, focusing on efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Lead the establishment and launch of a new mechatronic assembly line in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Design and implement manufacturing tools, equipment, and procedures to ensure optimal workflow and equipment layout.
Work closely with design, production, and quality teams to ensure new products are manufacturable and meet specifications.
Assist with new product introductions (NPI) by developing production plans and supporting prototypes.
Analyze production data to identify trends, resolve issues, and suggest process enhancements.
Conduct root cause analysis to address production challenges.
