The IT Managed Services department is hiring a Product Manager. This person will define, manage, and govern Phoenix’s Managed Service offerings as formal products. The role works closely with Managed Services, Service Delivery, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams. As the subject matter expert for the managed service portfolio, the Product Manager ensures alignment and clarity across the business.
What You Will Do
- Oversee and refine the Managed Service portfolio, keeping products well-defined and governed.
- Maintain accurate service descriptions, version control, and consistent messaging in both internal and customer-facing materials.
- Act as the subject matter expert, coordinating with multiple departments to ensure everyone understands the managed service offerings.
- Ensure service delivery matches agreed definitions and support governance and audit requirements (such as ISO 20000 and ISO 27001).
- Contribute throughout the service lifecycle, including development, enhancement, onboarding, and retirement of services.
- Spot opportunities for service improvement using customer feedback, internal insights, and market trends.
- Support Sales and Managed Service Specialists by evaluating customer needs, identifying service fit, and helping with solution designs, proposals, and tenders.
- Participate in marketing and sales enablement to ensure services are positioned clearly and understood by the market.
