This hybrid role is based in Pomona, CA, with in-office/field work required on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. As part of our team, you will manage electric infrastructure projects for one of Southern California's largest utility companies, collaborating closely with customers and internal teams within our Construction & Technical Support (C&TS) organization. The demand for transmission projects is on the rise, offering you a unique opportunity to manage complex and strategically vital projects that are subject to high visibility by regulators and stakeholders.
The primary objective of this position is to enhance project success rates through the application of robust project management principles, methodologies, tools, and standards. Successful candidates will typically hold professional project management certifications and possess a wealth of experience applicable across a range of functions and projects within the organization.

A Day in the Life:
- Oversee multiple projects and programs within the organization, including the relocation of existing facilities and small civil capital projects.
- Manage project costs including budgeting, forecasting, and trend analysis.
- Handle 5-10 active projects while coordinating contractors and materials.
- Facilitate project completion by coordinating activities, resources, equipment, and information, while maintaining project plans, reports, and technical documentation.
- Serve as the primary contact for the project team, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
