Your responsibilities will include welding various metals employing techniques such as SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, and GTAW. Additionally, you will be tasked with selecting, setting up, and staging the appropriate equipment and ensuring all tools and consumables are in proper working order. Attention to detail and safety is paramount, and you will be required to verify the fit of pipes or structural components to account for proper attachment and shrinkage. Successful completion of pre-employment weld tests is required as part of the onboarding process.
