What you will do Lead post-sale implementation of Software as a Service (SaaS) for TransPerfect clients Understand client motivations and business requirements Identify workflow bottlenecks or issues early in the process Propose creative solutions to address client challenges Balance business objectives with technical limitations Design workflows that increase efficiency for both clients and TransPerfect’s localization management Support pre-sale activities for TransPerfect products and solutions Demonstrate software applications to highlight advanced features Lead discovery discussions with clients and sales teams Customize solutions to meet specific client requirements Explain the value and return on investment of TransPerfect solutions versus free alternatives Work with technical partners to implement integrations and streamline workflows for complex client needs Coordinate with all stakeholders during solution setup to ensure each part meets client specifications Identify and introduce new processes and tools as needed, making sure they align with available resources and technology
